Fleetwood Mac on Tour With Clark Synthesis TSMs "Tactile
Sound Monitors"
Mick Fleetwood selected Clark Synthesis Tactile Sound Monitors for their accuracy
and fidelity. While getting ready to rehearse for the upcoming worldwide tour
for Fleetwood Mac, in support of their successful new CD release "Say You Will",
Mick Fleetwood was discussing gear with Nick Mason from Pink Floyd. Nick raved
about the Clark Synthesis Tactile Sound Monitors recommending Mick to check
them out. Mick then asked his drum tech, Steve Rinkov, to get a Clark TSM to
test. Steve purchased a Clark Platinum-TM429 and a Thunder Throne bike seat
for easy mounting of the transducer—Steve wanted the best for Mick Fleetwood.
Steve also bought a Buttkicker II and as soon as they were able to compare the
two, Mick sat down on the Clark and loved the response and fidelity. Then he
sat on the Buttkicker, immediately sat up and demanded the Clark Synthesis Tactile
Monitor for the rest of the rehearsal and tour. The accuracy of the Clark won
the test with Mick Fleetwood. Demanding artists such as Mick Fleetwood expect
the best, and Clark Synthesis Tactile Sound delivers just that.
Steve Rinkov not only supports Mick while on tour, but also plays onstage for two of Fleetwood Mac’s songs. One is the signature “Tusk” a centerpiece for percussion and a new song from the brand new CD. Buy the CD and be sure to see them in concert.http://www.fleetwoodmac.com/
